90% of us stop working on our new year's resolutions by week 1. Today is exactly a week into 2024. If you are among us, I built a 30 min actionable piece to get back on track. And as a subscriber you now have acccess to it.
Firstly stop following really long goal trackers. All you need is weekly rituals jotted on a recurring Google Calendar, period. The 3 themes I personally chase.
#1 Wealth goal 💰 (10 mins)
This includes planning how much income you will make this year. What needs to go into savings, spending, building assets & managing liabilities this year. A simple question and answer format (I will share the template) that helps you understand your money goal for 2024.
In case you are new to notion, just go on top right corner of the page and click on duplicate button. It will ask you to sign in using your gmail account. That’s all you need to start using this.
#2 Health goal 🏋🏻 (10 mins)
Create a small social circle to first announce a simple action you will do at least 3 times a week. That's all - don't pick random goals to build abs folks - it almost always never happens. Again, simple stuff to help you build a system over stressing on outcomes on day 1. Again, will share the template for this.
#3 Happiness goal ✨
Creating what are energy drainers and givers for you, personally. Create a simple system on your Google Calendar to ensure you never miss a chance to be happy throughout every week in 2024.
I personally used this in 2023, and tweaked it for 2024 on what works better for me. Happy to share the template that you can download and replicate for simple weekly rituals for yourself. Take out 30mins and do it now or it’s not happening.
