Nice breakdown of how Underneat found their wedge in a crowded category. The point about Western sizing not fitting Indian body proportions is something I've heard from friends in apparel, but the way they validated it with 12k women before building is really smart. What stands out most is the sequnce though: own-site launch for data, then selective marketplace expansion based on actual customer behavior. Too many brands rush to every channel for visibility and end up diluting their learning. Quick commerce as an impulse/panic channel is clever positioning I hadn't considered before.
