Just write down 3 things on a Notion👇🏻
1. Your priorities for the week.
2. Top blockers that you need help on.
3. The bad news : things that have taken a back seat.

This does two things for you.
1. Proactive communication builds confidence.
2. You get organised on whatever you are chasing.

Send this on monday morning.
Give a status update on Friday evening.

Use Notion to organise all your weekly updates.
Ask your manager to bookmark your Notion.
