First, Bajaj Finserv, one of India’s biggest NBFCs, is hiring for two senior roles in marketing and analytics. With a market cap of over ₹3 trillion and ₹20,000+ crore in AUM, they dominate the consumer finance game in India.
Bajaj’s digital platforms are expected to drive over 30% of its business in the next three years. With this kind of impact, hiring for these roles will help accelerate its digital growth.

Tata Consumer Products
Speaking of companies going big on their digital push, Tata Consumer Products (TCPL) is all in on this. With over 263 million households in India and a presence in over 40 countries, they’re already making over ₹15,000 crores in yearly revenue.
There are currently about 800+ million active Internet users in India, and TCPL is looking to tap into this huge online audience. They've even teamed up with Salesforce to become a more digital, data-driven company and improve the overall customer experience across all digital touch points.
To help fuel this growth, TCPL is hiring for two marketing roles to promote its new product categories.
American Express
Next, American Express looks to tap into the growing market in Tier 2 & 3 cities. While people in Tier 1 cities spend about 8% more on online purchases than those in Tier 2, there's been a big shift, with more folks in smaller towns buying luxury stuff and going for premium experiences. To make the most of this, Amex is expanding its reach in these areas.

The high/ultra-high-net-worth segments are growing fast in India, but only about 50-55% of the wealth management market is currently under professional management. Dezerv, a wealth tech startup, has grown nearly eightfold in just two years, with its AUM recently hitting ₹10,000+ crore. To keep up with this growth, it’s hiring for a couple of product roles.

Philips is going super bullish on India’s healthcare sector. They’ve already invested ₹750 crores in new facilities, setting up campuses in both Bangalore & Pune. After the RBI lifted restrictions, they’re planning to relaunch their 811 app, introduce new products, and kick off a full brand repositioning campaign. Rapido
